Today RyG's Cruise Guide is celebrating eight years of being online. On March 11, 2013 I officially purchased a website domain and published RyG's Cruise Guide for the very first time. The past year has not been filled with much cruising due to the pandemic, but I am optimistic about the future and looking forward to the day cruise ships can set sail with guests again. I have not been actively writing new posts over the past year, but I have been planning some changes for the website that I hope to launch soon.
Over the past 8 years, I have greatly enjoyed posting cruise tips, articles, reviews, and photos. Thank you to everyone that has visited throughout these years as well as sent me questions, comments, and information about dry-docks. Also, thank you to my family that has offered ideas, suggestions, and edits to improve the website.
When I created RyG's Cruise Guide I wanted to have a place where I could help as many cruisers and potential cruisers learn about the cruise industry. This has been a fun hobby for me and I have greatly enjoyed helping people plan & prepare for their upcoming cruise vacations. I hope to continue writing more cruise tips, reviews, and answering questions as time continues. Thank you again to everyone for their support!
