Can I adjust the amount that is automatically applied to my onboard spending account?
Norwegian Cruise Line does allow guests to adjust the amount of the crew service charge. This must be done at guest services onboard the ship.
Can I prepay my service charge before the cruise?
Yes, Norwegian Cruise Line allows guests to pre-pay the service charge before the cruise. Norwegian Cruise Line allows guests to prepay the service charge up until 24 hours prior to the cruise. Otherwise, the service charge will be added once guests are onboard. If you do pre-pay, I recommend you make sure you don't accidentally get double charged onboard for what you pre-paid!
