- Plain Jane - The Plain Jane is served with or without super melty cheese. You get to choose when you order. Carnival states this is an 80/20 ground chuck on a grilled roll. The vegetables & toppings do not come in this option other than you have the choice of cheese.
- Straight Up - This burger has more in it than the Plain Jane. If you do not want any of the ingredients you can ask for it to be withheld, but you are better off getting the Plain Jane and adding toppings yourself at the toppings bar. Carnival advertises the Straight Up burger comes with super melty cheese, lettuce, onion, pickle, tomato, and donkey sauce. Donkey sauce is a form of mayo sauce.
- The Ringer - The Ringer is the "Straight Up" burger but with some additional items. The Ringer comes with super melty cheese, Guy's Bourbon & Brown Sugar BBQ sauce, and a crispy onion ring.
- Pepperoni Pizza Burger - The pepperoni pizza burger will have fried mozzarella, pepperoni marinara, crispy stripes, super melty cheese, provolone, aged parmesan, and donkey sauce. Donkey sauce is a form of mayo sauce.
- Super Melty Mootz - This burger is based on the Straight Up burger, but also includes super melty cheese, fresh mozzarella, diced tomato, balsamic, fried basil, and donkey sauce.

Guy's Burger Joint on Carnival Venezia Tips:
- Just like other Carnival ships, sea days are where Guy's Burger Joint can get busy fast. Expect the line to take a while as the burgers are assembled as you order.
- There are some tables & chairs outside by the Carnival Venezia's Guy's Burger Joint, but there is indoor seating in the Lido Marketplace nearby. You should see an entrance to the Lido Marketplace right by Guy's Burger Joint.
- You can order more burger at once. If you want to try more than one I recommend ordering them at the same time to avoid having to get back in line. However, please be careful to not get food and then waste it due to not being hungry.
- The closest elevator/stairwell area to Guy's Burger Joint is the mid-ship elevators. The Carnival Venezia's mid-ship elevator/stairwell area runs from Deck 1 to Deck 11.
- You can customize your burger even though the menu has specific items listed. However, if you want several customizations it may be easiest for you to get the Plain Jane and add toppings yourself at the toppings bar.
