Seuss Themed Breakfast The Carnival Cruise Thing 1 and Thing 2 Birthday Breakfast is a part of Carnival's Seuss at Sea program and allows guests to pay for admission to a Seuss themed breakfast. This themed breakfast debuted on the Carnival Jubilee in January 2024 and Carnival is rolling out this breakfast to other ships during the first half of 2024. This is replacing the Green Eggs & Ham Breakfast on existing ships.
