          The Carnival Firenze debuted with a new venue called Il Mercato which offers deli sandwiches, a build your own meatball & sauce combination, and build your own hotdog. This venue replaces the traditional Carnival deli on the Carnival Firenze and Carnival decided to add hotdogs & build your own meatball.
