Omelet And Breakfast Food
Omelet & Breakfast Food
Breakfast in South Beach Club:
This morning I had breakfast in the South Beach Club.  There were three omelet stations that were located in the deli, Chopsticks, and the aft outside buffet line.  I used the omelet line from Chopsticks (previously called Hong Kong Noodle Company). This buffet line was where all foods were served from behind the counter.  My omelet was overcooked and slightly burnt, but it was still good.  I did not choose this line again until the last day because the service in this line was not that great.
The Lido had the typical foods, pastries, fruits, and juices to drink.  The Guava Juice was very sweet and tasted really good! The picture to the left is my breakfast plate and the three pictures below are of other breakfast plates:

Walking Around The Ship After Breakfast:
After breakfast it was time to walk around the ship!  The first two pictures below were taken on the Lido Deck, but the next few pictures were taken in the brand new EA Sports Bar.  Here are some pictures taken during my walk around the ship:

Review of Guy's Burger Joint:
This was my first time to sail on a ship with Fun Ship 2.0 so it was also my first time to have Guy's Burger Joint.  There are about 5 burger types to choose from and there is a toppings bar to add more items into a burger.
The burger tasted good! The meat was a little plain, but it was still good. The fries were the best part of the entire meal. I wished that more fries would have been given with the meal.

Deli Sandwich Issue:
For those who have read my previous reviews you may know that I eat a Pastrami on Rye sandwich every day at lunch.  This was my last time to eat a Pastrami on Rye this cruise because the meat had an odd undercooked taste. I simply did not finish the sandwich and got something different to eat.
I don't mean to sound like all I do is complain, but here is my last complaint about lunch:

    Dirty Silverware in Clean Napkin:
I took a picture of this silverware because when I unwrapped the napkin there was an old piece of lettuce stuck to the fork.  I got a new napkin & silverware thing and continued with lunch.  This was not anything I was mad about, but I just wanted to share this problem here.

Before getting dessert I wanted to do a digital scavenger hunt.  The digital scavenger hunt got cancelled because no entertainment staff person showed up to run it.  The first picture below is of ice cream that people pay for, the second picture is of a ping pong table in the disco, and the third picture is of Key Lime Pie.  After finding out that the digital scavenger hunt was cancelled I went back to the South Beach Club for dessert.

The dessert was very good today!  My favorite was the Key Lime Pie because it tasted good.   Here are some pictures that I took of the food and desserts in the South Beach Club during lunch:
After lunch I talked around on the outside open decks.  The deck chairs were about 99% taken and chair hogging was a widespread problem throughout the upper decks.  I did see a sign by the Lido Towel Station that gave information on the chair saving policy, but I never saw it enforced.

The pools, waterslide, and hot tub were very crowded.

Taste Bar:
The Taste Bar was by the Club Monaco Casino Bar in the World's Way Promenade.  Tonight the Taste Bar was serving meatballs and something else that was ok. The meatballs were very good and the sauce had a good flavor.  The Taste Bar was promoting Cucina Del Capitano.

The Taste Bar was only open on select evenings of the cruise and it served different things each night it was open.
Captain's Celebration & Formal Night:  Tonight was the only formal night of the cruise vacation.  The evening started with live music and singing in the World's Way Promenade.  The Captain and officers were scheduled to make an appearance, but I never saw them.

Formal Dinner:  Tonight's dinner was really good!  The service was great and the waiters did a good job.  There was a crew member at the entrance of the dining room looking at dress code and I saw one person get turned away.  My dinner pictures are posted in photo gallery format, which means that there are no captions.  I did not post food names because I don't remember the names of all food items.  Enjoy these food pictures:
Stateroom: After dinner my stateroom was turned down and looked nice. The room was once again crowded with little floor space.
Show - "Big Easy":   Tonight's show in the Rome Lounge was the Big Easy show. There were two showings of this show and people were told to go according to their dinner time.  This show was a tribute to New Orleans and Mardi Gras. The show was good!
