Morning Walk Around The Ship's Interior Spaces:
After a good night's rest, I woke up around 6:15am to make sure I had time to walk around the ship. By 6:30am I left my stateroom and started my walk by going to the Promenade Deck. There were very few people out and about at this time of the day, which allowed me to get some good pictures of the ship's spaces. Here are some pictures I took on the Promenade Deck:

Walk Around The Ship's Outside Decks:
After walking around the ship's Promenade Deck, I headed up to the Lido Deck (9). My camera lenses were foggy when I first went outside, but after having to step inside several times to defog my lenses they finally cleared. There were a few clouds in the sky at this time of the morning, but the weather would improve as the day continued. Here are some pictures of the outside decks:

The mini golf course was an extremely popular attraction on sea days. The balls and putts are located near the mini golf course. In the past, cruisers had to check out balls & putts from the Lido towel station. However, this is no longer the case. There are security cameras to catch people that try to take or lose the putts or balls.
Breakfast In The South Beach Club:
Once again, I ate breakfast in the South Beach Club. Breakfast in the South Beach Club was scheduled to begin at 7:30am and end at 10:30am. Continental breakfast (pastries, juices, and fruits) opened at 6:30am. The Blue Iguana Cantina was open for breakfast from 7:30am until 10:30am. The omelet stations were a little slow to open on this morning, but by 7:35am the omelet station in the deli was open. It appeared the main breakfast buffet lines opened on-time. I enjoyed my omelet, some bacon, hash browns, and sausages.
Sea Day Brunch was being served in the Paris Dining Room from 8:30am - 1:00pm. Also, the Dr. Suess breakfast was taking place at 8:30am in the London Dining Room. The Dr. Suess Breakfast cost extra and it appeared reservations were required in advance. I will have more on the Dr. Suess breakfast later in this part of the review.

Following a filling breakfast, I went back outside. The ship's Lido AFT pool was still closed, but it would be opened for later. The retractable roof was still closed the first time I passed by the AFT pool, but when I came back by a little while later the retractable roof was open. I think it was a good idea to put a retractable roof on one of the ship's pools because people would be able to enjoy the pool space even in the rain.
On the back part of Deck 11, cruisers on the Carnival Triumph can find the ship's jogging track. The jogging track seemed to be used by many people during the early morning and evening. There were some nights of the cruise the jogging track was closed due to high winds. At this point in the day when I walked by, there were not many people using the jogging track.
The Promenade Deck was not crowded as I walked towards the front of the ship. Evenings were the Promenade Deck's busy time. This is because all of the bars, nightclubs, and lounges are being utilized in the evening. At night, there was live music at the Promenade stage by the casino's bar.
There was not too much going on in the ship's atrium at this time in the morning. When I walked by there were not any trivia games or entertainment taking place. Later in the day, the atrium would be packed full of people playing trivia.
The Dr. Suess Green Eggs & Ham Breakfast was taking place in the London Dining Room. It was well past 8:30am and the breakfast was underway when I walked by. I peeked inside to see what was going on and there were many families dining. From what I could tell, the kids were having a great time. I do not know much about this breakfast except it cost extra. Here are some pictures from outside the dining room:
After walking around I went to Deck 9 to take a look at the view from the ship's front. I did not spend much time here because I wanted to head to the Future Cruise talk in the Club Rio Lounge.
Morning Activities: There were several activities going on around the ship. At 10:15am, in the Rome Lounge, was a Towel Folding Fun class. This class was free and would teach people how to make towel animals. At 10:45am was the "Towel Animal Theatre". I have not attended this event in the past, but have heard it is geared for younger kids. At 10:30am in the atrium lobby was "Morning Trivia".
Future Cruise & Travel Talk: Normally, I do not attend the Future Cruise & Travel Talk on my cruises because there are many other things going on around the ship. However, on this cruise I decided to attend this presentation. It was led by the onboard loyalty expert. She had a presentation that included all of the ships by classes and then information about a few select itineraries. I did not learn anything new because this presentation was geared for people that know little about Carnival. For those people, I am sure this presentation had lots of interesting information. There were a few things that were incorrect in the presentation such as "the Carnival Dream is our largest ship" (Vista is the largest now). Overall, the lady did a good job with her presentation.
After the presentation I went back to my stateroom before lunch. Our stateroom steward left a towel heart that had a pre-made note in the center.

Lunch In The South Beach Club:
Today was our last lunch onboard the Carnival Triumph. The main buffet lines opened at 12pm and stayed open until 2:30pm. The Blue Iguana Cantina and Chopsticks were also open from 12pm until 2:30pm. Guy's Burger Joint was open from 12pm until 6pm. Since today was our last lunch onboard the buffet was serving a special dessert selection known as the "Chocolate Extravaganza". This includes a variety of chocolate desserts and sweets related to chocolate. On this cruise, the "Chocolate Extravaganza" seemed much better than some of my other cruises. The selection of chocolate desserts seemed greater. My lunch from the deli and Guy's Burger Joint was extremely good. After eating, I got dessert from the Chocolate Extravaganza. I only got a strawberry ice cream swan because I was full. Here are some lunch and dessert photos:

Afternoon Activities: At 12pm, ice carving was taking place on the Lido Deck. Since I was eating lunch, I did not attend this event. It has been a few years since I have seen ice carving offered on a Carnival ship. There were several trivia games taking place throughout the afternoon as well as a game of bingo.
After lunch, I walked around the ship's outside open decks. Here are some pictures:

Decks 6 & 7 Front Areas:
Throughout the cruise, I walked outside on Deck 9 to see the front of the ship. However, other decks have front areas too. Deck 6 and Deck 7 also have front outside areas. The first picture below is of Deck 7's front area. The other two pictures on the row below were taken from Deck 6. On my first cruise on the Carnival Triumph in 2010, Deck 7's front was an area that I constantly walked out on since my room was on Deck 7.

American Table Dining Experience - Last Night's Dinner:
Tonight was our last dinner on the Carnival Triumph. At 5:45pm, the London Dining Room opened and we were seated quickly. We requested the same waitstaff as the previous nights. On this night of the cruise, the dining room had a large rush and was extremely busy. The waiters and waitresses were constantly busy throughout the entire time my family & I were dining. The food and service were once again great! While we ate our dessert, the waiters and waitresses lined up to sing "Leaving on a FunShip". For those that are not aware, this is Carnival's classic dining room farewell song.
The service in the dining room was great this cruise. Our waitstaff did a great job!
Here are some pictures of the appetizer and main course menus for this night of the cruise:

The Taste Bar:
The Taste Bar is a place onboard where cruisers can get samples of things offered on some of Carnival's newer or upgraded ships. Tonight the Taste Bar was open from 5:30pm - 8:30pm and was serving samples of food from the Red Frog Pub.
The sample platter consisted of a Pepper Pot and a bowl of Fried Malanga Sweet Potatoes. The Pepper Pot was extremely good, but the sweet potatoes in the bowl were okay. Since I was not hungry, I did not go back for any seconds.

Vienna Cafe Sweets:
On the Promenade Deck is the Carnival Triumph's specialty sweets & coffee shop known as the Vienna Cafe. These things cost extra. While I did not purchase anything from this area, I did take a few pictures of the sweets for sale. Here are my pictures:

Showtime: "Big Easy"
Tonight's production show was "Big Easy". This show has a New Orleans and Mardi Gras theme. There were two showings scheduled in the Rome Lounge. The first showing was at 7pm and the second showing at 9pm. We went to the 9pm showing because our dinner time did not allow us to go to the 7pm show. I really enjoyed this show on past cruises on the Triumph. The singers, dancers, and showband did a great job! However, to my disappointment, the show mysteriously stopped halfway through. The curtain came down and the cruise director told us to have a good evening. There was no explanation as to why the show ended early. Most cruisers would not have known the show ended early unless they cruised on the Triumph in the past. The only reason I can think of is the ship's rocking was too bad to properly perform.
