Carnival Jubilee Vacation Cruise Blog 2025 Day 2 Sea Day Part 2

7/13/2025

This is a continuation of my Carnival Jubilee summer 2025 cruise review. To read Day 2 Part 1 please click here.
The Deck 18 mini golf course and WaterWorks area had a nice breeze. The jogging track was a little busy with people using it. The Carnival Jubilee's jogging track was narrow and not the greatest for people who want to run without having obstructions of other people.

The Carnival Jubilee's Warehouse Arcade was located on Deck 17 by Circle C. The games in the arcade cost extra and are charged to Sail & Sign cards.

Deck 8 was fairly quiet still in the mid-morning. Going outside on the Lanai the smoking section was crowded, but otherwise the Lanai was still quiet too.

The Wave Live Morning Show:
This morning's Wave Live Morning Show was held in Center Stage. Our cruise director, Kyndall, shared information about events taking place for the day of the cruise. It was World Ocean's Day so the ship's environmental officer joined the morning show to share information about Carnival's commitment to the environment. We also had the Carnival Jubilee's food and beverage officer join the show and he gave away some free samples of beignets from Emeril's Bistro 717. The morning show was good and lasted around 30 minutes.
Second Lunch Onboard:
After watching the morning show we went up to Deck 16 to eat in the Lido Marketplace. Today my favorite food items were the baked tilapia and sour cream red mashed (mashed potatoes). I also went by the Blue Iguana Cantina to get a bowl. Everything was good! Below are some pictures from today's lunch:
Afternoon Snack At The Family Harbor Lounge:
Each day from 3pm until 5pm the Family Harbor Lounge had complimentary snacks available that were included in the price of our stateroom. Below are some pictures from today's snack:

Chibang Table
Formal Night Dinner at Chibang:
The Carnival Jubilee offers several alternatives to the main dining room at dinner which includes Chibang. During this cruise, each guest could eat at Chibang one time complimentary for dinner and each additional time pay an $8.00 fee. Chibang offers a Chinese and Mexican food menu and you can mix & match between each of the two cuisine types. I had Queso Fundido and Quesadila for appetizers. For main course, I had Sweet & Sour Shrimp. At dessert I had the "Chocolate C-Bang". It was supposed to be like the Chocolate Melting Cake in the main dining room, but was not as runny in my case.
Carnival Cruise Diamond and Platinum Welcome Plate
Diamond & Platinum Welcome Plate
Platinum and Diamond guests are able to order a welcome plate that includes chocolates. This plate could only be ordered for delivery on the first or second night of the cruise. The plate included two strawberries, some cookies, chocolate fudge (I think), and some fruit filled flavored items.
Rio Carnival in Center Stage: Tonight we watched Rio Carnival in the Carnival Jubilee's Center Stage area. There were two showings. The show had a Rio Carnival and Brazil theme and involved all sorts of dancing, music, and acrobats. The costuming was elaborate. The Carnival Jubilee's Center Stage cast did a great job!
The Jubilee Theater had two showings of Dear Future Husband going around the same time as the Rio Carnival showings, but since we saw Dear Future Husband the first night we wanted to see this show on Night #2.

After watching Rio Carnival we stepped outside to Deck 8's Lanai and then went up to the upper decks of the Carnival Jubilee.

After stopping to get some water, I went back to my room and went to sleep. It was a great day at sea on the Carnival Jubilee and our next day was going to be another sea day.
