The Carnival Jubilee has a bar located outside on the ship's Deck 8 Lanai called The Watering Hole. This bar is open most days when the ship is in port or at sea. The Watering Hole serves the Carnival Jubilee's main bar menu and also has a few themed options that are available at the bar too.
