The Carnival Festivale will be the first Carnival ship to receive Uku Lei Lei onboard when the ship debuts in 2027. Carnival Tropicale is scheduled to receive Uku Lei Lei in 2028. Uku Lei Lei Pricing:
Carnival Cruise announced that Uku Lei Lei will be free to guests on their first visit. Each additional visit to Uku Lei Lei is expected to cost $8.00 per person. There may be some menu items that come at an extra charge regardless of whether you are eating at Uku Lei Lei for your first or subsequent visit, but this information is not yet known.

On Carnival Festivale the deck plan for the ship shows Uku Lei Lei being located on Deck 8 close to the fwd elevators/stairwell. It is expected Uku Lei Lei on the Carnival Tropicale will be located in a similar location.
