Carnival Cruise Breakfast Carnival Cruise Line has been working to expand Family Menus for breakfast on the ships (also referred to as Family Express Breakfast). On my recent March 2026 Carnival Breeze cruise, the ship had one buffet line with "Family Menu Breakfast" available each morning of the cruise. This post shares the menus that were available during my cruise. Please note: as Carnival continues to implement this concept menus could change and can also vary by sailing. If you have questions regarding ingredients please speak with Carnival and the crew onboard.
