Carnival Cruise 7 Day Cruise Menus 2025

See the Carnival Cruise new main dining room menus for 7 day cruises with food pictures! There are two elegant nights (formal nights) on Carnival's 7 night cruises and the second elegant night is the only one with complimentary lobster tails. The other nights are considered cruise casual where the dress code is a little more relaxed.

The below menu is typically served on the first night of the cruise.

My favorite dish on the first night's dining room menu is Szechuan Shrimp!

Menu #2 (First Formal Night): 
Seven night cruises typically have two elegant evenings/formal nights onboard. The first cruise elegant evening has a similar dining room menu to the one served on 4 and 5 night cruises. Lobster is not complimentary on the first cruise elegant evening, but is available for purchase under the Steakhouse Selections. Seven night cruises have lobster available complimentary on the 2nd formal night/cruise elegant evening menu.

Main Course: Linguini Alfredo (also available an appetizer)

Main Course: Broiled Striploin Steak

Main Course: Duo of Filet Mignon and Short Rib

Carnival sometimes serves key lime pie in the buffet too. The key lime pie served in the main dining room had the exact same taste. I love Carnival's key lime pie!
