View of the Water The Carnival Conquest is now back cruising after its 2026 drydock. Carnival Cruise took the Carnival Conquest out of service for a 12 day drydock in Freeport, Bahamas. During this drydock time Carnival made some enhancements to public areas and also performed maintenance where needed. This post will share some details from the Carnival Conquest's 2026 drydock.
1. Heroes Tribute Bar & Lounge
The Carnival Conquest's Heroes Tribute Bar & Lounge was added to the deck 5 (Promenade) where the SkyBox Sports Bar used to be located. The Heroes Tribute Bar & Lounge is a space dedicated to honoring active service military members and veterans. Carnival has a partnership with Operational Homefront and certain items purchased will result in Carnival donating some money to the organization.
2. Casino Renovation & Expansion
The Carnival Conquest's casino on Deck 5 (Promenade Deck) had work done during this drydock. Carnival expanded the Carnival Conquest's casino by redesigning the layout and expanded the casino to add more games. The casino now has a dedicated non-smoking area.
3. Club 02 Youth Program
Carnival Cruise Line's Club 02 youth program is 15-17 year old guests. During the 2026 dry-dock, the Carnival Conquest's Club 02 youth program received updated decor and some new gaming areas.
4. Warehouse Arcade
The Warehouse is Carnival Conquest's onboard arcade. Carnival used this time out of service to update the space to have an upgraded experience.
5. Retail Space Refreshment
The Carnival Conquest's onboard shops received work during the drydock. Carnival's press release mentioned the retail spaces onboard were refreshed.
6. General Maintenance & Technical Work
Drydocks are usually a time where Carnival can do work to spaces onboard, both public and non-public, that are difficult to do when the ship is in-service.
